FAQ
A few things shop owners ask.
- Which stores does this work on?
- Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce stores.
- How often do you check?
- Monitored pages are checked once an hour.
- What counts as a stock signal?
- Clear page text such as “in stock,” “available online,” or “ready to ship,” compared with “sold out” or “unavailable.” If a page is unclear, it stays unconfirmed instead of guessing.
- Where do alerts go?
- Alerts go to the email on your Nettlecart account and are also in Dashboard → Alerts.
- Can I cancel before I am charged?
- Yes. Cancel in Dashboard → Billing during the seven-day trial. A card is required, and your first charge starts after the trial.
